In West km for Litigation, KeySearch retrieves documents at your organization that are relevant to a legal topic. The following techniques are used to ensure that KeySearch retrieves comprehensive, reliable, and relevant documents at your organization:
To search using KeySearch, click the KeySearch tab at the top of the page. Select where you want to search using the Library Groups (All) button. This allows you to restrict your search to particular groups of documents. A list of topics is provided, some with numbers after each topic indicating the number of unique documents at your organization that were either automatically or manually assigned to that topic and its subtopics. Select a legal topic and/or subtopic to narrow your search. (This count does not include documents retrieved using full-text search.) At any time, you can type a KeySearch term into the search field and press Enter or click the search button to search a specific topic.
